ESP Design acted as Lead Consultant during the technical design stage for this new retirement living development . ESP Design worked with the local authority planner to approve the use of traditional masonry construction and natural stone that was sensitive to the local area. Our team were tasked with providing detailed working drawings, managing the 3rd party information and the discharge of the planning conditions.
