Our team were responsible for this social housing scheme project, from the redesign and planning resubmission through to detailed working drawings. Collaborating with Bouygues UK, the site was built out of a combination of lightweight steel frame and masonry construction for the apartment blocks and houses respectively. The project required compliance with Lifetime Homes, London Housing Design Guide, Wheelchair Guide, HQI’s and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
