In association with N&JC Design our brief was to work from hand drawn plans to create and conceptualise the final technical designs and approve building regulations prior to work commencement on this bespoke dwelling, all using materials which were sympathetic to the surrounding vernacular of brickwork, reconstituted stone and slate roof tiles.
