Rockliffe Homes

New residential development for Rockliffe Homes comprising of 32 bespoke bungalows and 2 storey dwellings forming a mixture of housing types and sizes reflective of the surrounding village.
Our brief was to improve the layout to include additional garages and enhance the dwelling designs. The layout has been designed to reduce hardstanding areas with the use of contrasting materials and a central green space creating a shared focal point within the development.
The materials for the dwellings are sympathetic to the surrounding vernacular of stone, brick and tiles with the introduction of coloured weatherboarding to break up the street scene with a contemporary feel.
ESP design were also commissioned to prepare brochure sales visuals and a street scene animation.
