This 1970’s bungalow presented with significant structural deficiencies and awkward vehicular access has been transformed and undergone a complete renovation. ESP Designed a new roof, rear and side extensions and internal re configurations to create functional family living areas. The roof now forms an additional storey containing additional bedrooms complete with a feature terrace to the master bedroom . The external finishes included render, timber cladding and stone work, and a new entrance from the main road was added to complete the project.
