The brief for this project was to create additional living space and a new master bedroom within the property. ESP Design drew up detailed plans for a single storey extension to accommodate a large open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room, and a first floor extension for the new master bedroom, complete with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The construction process included natural stonework, complemented by a roof lantern and bi-folding doors to the rear of the property.
