Clare has a BA (Hons) in Architecture and brings 20 years’ experience to the company. An extraordinarily organised project manager with a keen eye for detail, Clare oversees all aspects of the company from producing planning and working drawings to client liaison, specialising in the housing development sector.
When she is not running the practice with aplomb, Clare can be found running her sport loving daughter back and forward to golf, ballet and rugby, or walking the family dog.
Marc graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology and demonstrates a flair for residential design and technical working drawings. With 18 years industry experience, Marc provides creative ideas with meticulous technical drawing knowledge, all alongside pivotal project management to deliver scheme designs for private and corporate clients alike.
When it is time to down tools after a week in the office, Marc can often be found playing a round (or three) of golf or indulging his inner Roger Federer during a game of tennis.
Dean has a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology and specialises in commercial and residential design. A chartered member of CIAT, Dean has delivered superior technical drawings across all sectors for over 15 years, and his key responsibilities at ESP Design include overseeing all education and private client submissions.
At the end of the working day Dean loves nothing more than playing eighteen holes at his nearest course, when he’s not watching Disney films for the umpteenth time with his three daughters.
Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working on projects including multi-million pound mansions, large scale residential developments, motor dealerships, barn conversions and residential extensions over the last 18 years. Matthew provides clients with proactive project management, excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Aside from working on our latest projects, Matthew’s other passions include VW beetle’s, Arsenal Football Club and heavy rock music.
Tom qualified from Wolverhampton University with a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology and has over 10 years experience in the industry, having worked on large scale residential developments, listed buildings and residential extensions. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop, Tom is responsible for producing our 3D visuals to assist clients visualise our designs.
After a weekend bicycle ride to let off steam, Tom’s attention turns to his other creative outlets; fixing up old Land Rovers and making furniture.
